If it is a tumor though, then they can do x-rays, etc. to make sure it hasn’t spread. A lot of times, they can just remove the tumor and the bunny is good to go for quite some time afterward.

It looks like discharge with “dirt” (probably hay dust) stuck in it. You can try getting it off by using a warm wet washcloth to soften it. If you are able to get it off, then you can watch to see if her nose continues to run. Having a runny nose is a sign of a URI, which isn’t uncommon.

It sounds like they are OK with each other most of the time and then have scuffles when they are too much in each others’ space. Interesting. I have a shark vacuum, can’t remember the model name. It was advertised as being able to vacuum up long hair without it wrapping around the roller. Um… no. I would say it was false advertising.

This seems like the best solution. I’m sure they will agree to help if you say you can house them while they are looking for homes for them.
