I would recommend Small Pet Select’s Zen Tranquility Blend. It’s a natural herb blend to calm rabbits down for nail clippings, the vet, etc.

I have never heard of these methods, so I’m not sure what they are supposed to do. They don’t sound appropriate for bunnies to me though.

What type of coat are we dealing with? I think that will help us give grooming tips. Depending in the fur type, you could try “plucking” to see if that at least helps you cut down the the amount of loose fur.…[Read more]

I’m so sorry for your loss. I know she is binkying free.

I’m not positive, but rehoming her may cause even more stress because she is unfamiliar with the new rabbits and people. Have you tried petfinder to find more rabbits near you?

cool, ty. I’m thinking of giving him soothing tea, safe herbs of course, so when he gets a little stressed he feels a little safer.

Rabbit-safe herbs like chamomile or mint can be made into tea. The BB store also carries a “tummy tea” for bunnies.

New bunny owner too, but from what I have read and heard it’s pretty normal behavior, basically they now know their territory so they don’t get the same need to explore it all. Dorian is a huge flopper, especially in the evening.

Reglan, that’s it! She got two doses orally today, and one under-the-skin a few days ago from our regular vet. No change from Hunny after dose one today, but the vet is hoping dose two yields better results. I doubt it, personally, because this process is starting to defeat me. It’s so hard not having Hunny there to monitor personally.
