You could also try diluting the vinegar, 50/50 is a bit strong. I would drop it to 10% vinegar (or even just water) and see if that helps!

Many of my buns see the “litter box” as where-ever there is hay, so giving hay outside of a box can be a bit confusing to them. An easy solution is to keep all her hay in the litter box. I put hay directly in my buns’ boxes, and then hang a rack that they can only get to from inside the box so they have to jump in to eat it.

As long as you’re cleaning the litterbox at an appropriate frequency and keeping things dry, including your rabbits, no.

When you say YOU have tried these injections, does that mean you have been trying to treat this at home without guidance, dosing, and medication course instructions by a rabbit-savvy vet? Accurate diagnosis and proper medication course guidance is crucial.
Also, if you’re not cleaning the environment, your rabbit will continue to get reinfected.

Hey everyone!
I was out of town for a few days and when I got home tonight, I saw a few chunks of fur on the floor of the room where my rabbit free roams. The fur also had a fine, dusty material at the base of it. My rabbit is eating, drinking, pooping, and acting completely fine. He is itching his ears and back a bit, but not excessively. I am…[Read more] -

That’s what I thought, thank you! Is fly strike a concern in indoor rabbits? I have seen a few flies in the house recently which is making me very worried.

Thank you for the support!
Shelters here don’t offer bonding services unless you’re adopting a rabbit from them. They’re being so unhelpful and unkind 😤🤬
The vet had one tip for us: a lady who has a small backyard rescue, she lives about 45 minutes away by car.

Judging by the dates on your post it seems that they have only really been bonding for a month, so I wouldn’t be too worried, I think it is still pretty normal for them to be sorting things out. However I do understand what your saying and it might be that its time to change up the tattics a bit? I think it could be territory related, if they were…[Read more]

How warm does it get where the buns are? Here are some simple DIY cooling tips: https://binkybunny.com/infocategory/cooling-tips/
Young buns can however “shake”, or how to describe it, they sort of move with their breathing, after having been active. It’s not considered abnormal.

Hi again!
A little update. Our bunny isn’t peeing as often outside her litterbox anymore. She still is a bit, especially on the bed but that’s normal for her. She never went on antibiotics because she had a tiny stasis episode a day before she was supposed to start getting them. Her not eating or drinking was most likely due to that. She got…[Read more]
