I’m just wondering if it would be better to get another male bunny a neutered one to go with my un-neutered bunny to keep him company or would they fight?

Some bunnies are just very vocal. He could be grunting or honking. Neither is exclusively a “bad” sound. Some bunnies just make noises when they are very excited? Is he neutered?

If he’s young, he is probably just confused by this large figure standing over him. You should just go about your business. Walk slowly around him and talk to him softly. Then you can try crouching down to get to his level. Offer a treat or pets. He will eventually get used the towering human.
