I got Otis (newer bun) in late July and got him neutered early August. They are bonded now, it did take a couple weeks for them to adjust to eachother though. Glad to hear it would be okay to crate him if necessary, I felt like a bad bunny mom having to do that.

If the vet was digging around in there, it can cause the ear to swell inside. This isn’t unusual and would explain the worsened head tilt following the exam. I would give the antibiotic a chance to work before worrying that it could be something else.

Yes, the bald spots are caused by something. That’s why I initially thought perhaps syphilis or something similar.
