It’s not October! (I’m getting behind in the seasons 😆 )

Well, Happy October Muffin, Bonnie, Dorian, Tybalt, Oscar, Wick…(I missed a lot! 😆 )

What’s been the latest here is….not much. The weather still says that it is July! 😆 Oh, and Smokey is now comfortable with jumping on the chair! 😀 😆 Big accomplishment, I know!

I’m curious why the vet prescribed Convenia. What I mean is, it isn’t a typical “go-to” antibiotic for rabbits. I’ve heard of people using it, but not very often. Is the infection atypical in some way? Is it something that, say, Baytril couldn’t treat?

The first one looks like a lionhead. The other one could be a Holland. Judging by the shape of the head, my guess is that it is a Holland. But also a false dwarf, which would account for the longer ears and slightly bigger size.
