Received more info from the vet today. So apparently the location of the kidney damage is not consistent with E. cuniculi. I don’t know enough about that but the damage is bilateral (both sides) in the same location. I agree about calling a vet just to be sure it isn’t serious. My rabbits pee can get really dark but orangy so I did some research a while back to make sure it was normal. I imagine if it was diarrhea it would have a pretty poopy smell to it, but it smelled like urine to me. They’re both acting fine and normal and poops look good, the only thing that’s changed is I gave them the ivermectin a couple days ago.
