The hay seems pretty fresh and is a mix of soft and rough. I’ve noticed Binky eating a bit more of it over the last couple of days which is promising although Patch seems less keen. I’ll try orchard though to see if they like that more!

Considering he is actively squinting that eye, I would have this properly assessed by a vet. They often need to use specialized scopes and a dying agent to examine an eye. Hay can be difficult for some rabbits. How fresh is the hay? Is it soft or rough? You could try something different, like Orchard. It tends to be softer and a little sweeter tasting, so a lot of bunnies like it.

Thats what I was doubting, if he just doesn’t care about the stick. He doesn’t seem to bump into things. I think he also just can tell by scent and sound. I also walk pretty loudly. So I think he can tell. I’ll see of I can take a picture of his eye and link it in a following reply

I like Dana’s suggestion. And honestly, if they start tugging on something you’re sitting on, you’ll notice.

It can be hard to tell sometimes with rabbits. You can act like you’re going to stick your finger in their eye and they don’t flinch. Does he bump into things or seem lost at times? One thing I noticed with my bunny who had cataracts is he would think my shadow was me sometimes.
