  Brought home this little guy (now a 9 wk old Mini Rex) just last Friday and he is quite special. He has seemed to adjust to me and my home just fine and the only complaint I have is that he is constantly figuring out ways to try to escape his playpen when he is out. lol. He has been using his litter box since Day 1 and even if he is out he will retreat back to the cage where it is. He lets me pet him (he is not interested really in being cuddled), he comes over to nudge me at times. My one lovebird seems to have made friends with him and is naturally curious. The bunny doesn’t seem to mind, but I watch them both very closely. He does like to try to chew things so I never just let him free roam without supervising him. I love watching him binky around when he is being silly and running all around. He is just an awesome little bun!

  Please indulge me with frequent pics! I’ve a big soft spot for Rex’s as my first beloved bunny, Stormy, was a Mini-Rex. I also think they are one of the cutest breeds.

  Welcome and congratulations on that little dude. Baby rabbits are just sooooooo adorable. Look at his little bright eyes…so full of life. And he also looks like he has a little button nose just like his stuffed animal buddy. He sounds and looks just perfect.
