Same thing over here re: almost all things. We do have to gate off the rabbit run area, just so our dogs and the buns can get used to one another, so they’re always meetkat-ing to see what’s in the great beyond haha

Really tho, their space runs straight through the living room and they’ve got a large part of our apt, so they’ve got nothing much to miss.

I’ve tried lower litter boxes but Scout lifts pretty high and accidentally pees over the side. We swapped to the high sides to help her keep it in the box. I have seen both her and Smudge hop over the higher sides to get in even though the lower entrance would obviously be easier. They like to do things the hard way. haha

Perhaps it’s scar tissue from that infection then. It seems to fit and, yes, the pictures do look similar.

OK. Indeed, the digestive support treats are not medicine to cure anything, but some people have found improvements with it (and it’s a ‘healthier’ treat compared to others). It is safe to use as long as you’re in the recommended feeding guidelines (I usually always do less though), if you decide to try it.

Another question, would it be too much if I gave one once a day like the recommended amount in the back of the packaging.

I was given it because my bunny went through GI and I took him to the vet and they were like use this as a prebiotic or probiotic I don’t remember lol. But I realize he was getting GI because of stress so I moved him to another area so far so good.

Well I tried the plan. Put them on the dryer a couple minutes, walked around then pet them in the carrier on my lap. After a few min I put them in the small area. They ignored each other, eventually when Max came close she growled and nipped a couple times again 🙁

Sounds wonderful! As Dana says, rabbits should lose weight slowly. With my bun I gave a little more pellets when he reached his ideal weight and a little more greens. I kept weighing him every week though, and kept a weight diary.

I dont know about calories in different parts of bok choy. It seems like what you are doing works though 😃

That’s great! I think you can just continue as you have been, losing weight gradually is healthiest for bunnies. Once he gets to his “ideal” weight you can see about adding in certain things and see if it makes a difference. 🙂

The oxbow digestive tabs would be fine but if you don’t want to use them I know Sherwood makes digestive support tablets.

Updates: Martini so far has lost 50 grams, we have about 100 more to go. Switching one day 1/2 of fibafirst stick, one day up to  5 pieces of pellets seems to work. In addition, I have done the following:
