I’m glad to hear she’s doing so well! Try to get a look of her incisors, in case she’s broken off a piece of tooth or something like that. Hopefully its just her lip that’s a bit sore though!

Thanks for the input! Beanie can move perfectly fine without any limping. I noticed a little red spot on her right lip and it was swollen a little bit. We ended up shaving her, and the poor girl looks pathetic. It turned out to be a good thing since she hadn’t really been properly groomed before we got her, so her fur was really matted. Oh no could there whiskers be crossing the barrier and each bunny is like quite poking me and then decided to chew them down?

Update: Owen has some chewed whiskers too, mostly the ones around his mouth. Those around his eyes and nose are longer.

I think that somebunny may be a klutz…

How is your bun doing now? Hopefully she just had a scare, in which case she should soon be fine. Keep monitoring her, offer her a treat now and then, but don’t stress her out by fussing over her too much. If she starts to refuse even yummy treats and/or tries to hide away, I’d contact a vet. Do you notice any limping?

Yeah, I recommend shaving her fur. Try not to cut it too short, to avoid shaving her skin (hurts thinking about it). I’m not too good with medications and stuff, but I do know a little about how to help.
