I’ve been wanting to make heart-shaped bunny treats using silicone trays, like the ones used to make ice cubes and chocolates. Would the silicone and plastic molds be safe to give to bunnies? It hasn’t and won’t be used to make any human food. Thank you!

Not sure what you mean by “give to bunnies”… but the molds are definitely be safe to make treats in (that could then be given to buns), but I wouldn’t give the actual mold to the bun because they would likely chew on it and could eat pieces of it.

Yes, I meant to make treats in and then serve to them. Just wasn’t sure because of the chemicals and stuff. Thanks!

Baking treats in silicone is fine. But yes, probably not a good idea to let them chew on the molds themselves. Bunnies like remote control buttons, so I’m sure a silicone mold would be tasty to them as well!
