Her health and mobility are fine, I took her to the vet a month ago everything is okay. She tried to clean her bottom but the fur is already stained and the urine has dried so I need to help her. I agree that it sounds like there could be a medical issue that’s causing her to get urine on her, such as a UTI.

Staining will go away in time, the main thing is to make sure her skin isn’t in contact with wet urine as this can cause scalding.

She may benefit from a”sanitary shave” that the vet can help with.
