You can put some unsweetened apple juice in their water, but give them a bowl of normal water as well since some buns refuse to drink water that tastes “funny”.

yeah, I thought 1ml per hour seemed strange, in the past my previous (rabbit savvy) vet would normally give me a much larger syringe and tell me to give them as much as possible.

Critical Care wont hurt, it does provide some extra water, but 1 ml per hour seems odd. Normally if a bun relies solely on CC for nutrition you give about 15-20 ml 5-6 times per day. Are your buns pooping like they should?
