This looks like a response to belly pain. She is pressing her belly to the floor. It looks different with different buns. Sometimes it looks like a failed pushup, sometimes it looks like a failed yoga pose.

I tend not to give my bunnies cardboard or paper because they literally eat it and I don’t think it would do any favors on there digestive system. I could be wrong but I’d rather play it safe.

What I find interesting is all these youtube bunny pen/free roam videos where they have a dog pillow and a material tunnel made from fabric as well as carpet on there pen floor or rug. Yeah I think the flimsier stuff is usually sold as “Poultry netting”, that’s the one to avoid. And I agree that bringing them in at night would be safest, even if the run is very secure.
