Yes, I’m planning to get her spayed very soon. But with everything going on, it is a little hectic.

He varies between sleeping in a loaf and sprawled out, but he was sitting hunched up like he had gas pain, but was still eating and drinking. He is laying sprawled out now, but I’m mostly worried about how firm his stomach feels.

At the moment, Binki is in a 2 x 4 foot store bought cage. I really hate to see her in there, and yes, I do know that store bought cages are never good for a rabbit to live in. Thank you for the tips! Your words actually did make me feel better! 4 hours isn’t too bad, I think the vet gave me a similar time span. I’ll be sure to watch him closely afterwards… only 10 days left until the surgery!!! Ahhh

If the banana works, no harm using it! I agree you should limit it to just that. And no other treats either.

If you’re looking for something larger than a bath mat, you could try a small low pile area rug. You often find them at big box home improvement stores for pretty cheap ($20 or so). They are often sold for college dorm rooms, etc.
