@Kathy you can get tubing to cover the wires in. If you google “split wire loom tubing” you should see some examples, though there are other options too. I haven’t done much myself as I just fenced off the area with the wires

I’ve read online that the plain white Elmer’s glue is safe to use. Unsure how effective it will be in sticking with the floor. If you want something very durable, would some velcro strips along the edges be sturdy enough? May be nice to be able to remove the carpet for a deeper cleaning.

Excess cecotropes could be the problem, or she might have a urinary tract infection. A vet visit might be in order.

Thanks for all of your replies. I don’t think they are abscesses as only one has ever had any liquid come out. I also don’t think they follow the mammary glands. She has one almost on her front leg.
