Thanks for the reply. She was on arugula and chard during that pic then we took her for the vet visits and tried to entice her appetite with dandelions. I was thinking the same that it may be concentrated coloured urine, but yes there some where I could see solid red specks sit on top of the towel and the urine soaked in.

OK, you can tell I’m bored. I go for walks in the evening and I keep picking up cicada nymphs crawling on the sidewalk and putting them on the nearest tree.

Of course! Hope’s huge ears on her little head are to die for!

Satin? I’m going off the fur texture. Satins come in shaded colors (i.e. “tortoise”).

Very small…I had the same pen closed up a bit smaller than that. It was the only way to keep them from starting a tussle (because theyfthey could barely move lol). I’m just going too increase little by little 🙂

update: Louie ate a ton of hay today, I made him some more hay bags and he’s eating it like crazy!

AWW what a cutie! Super jealous! She looks like a cinnamon rabbit, which is a breed on the ARBA website. It’s normal for her to be fluffy, as baby bunnies have fluffier fur. Well, there’s always the possibility that Tybalt is a girl. 😉 This is extremely common around here because tiny babies are difficult to sex correctly. They are easier to identify once they get older because the genitalia starts to look different. And, of course, if testicles make an appearance then there is no mistaking that!

That sounds very positive! Some bonded pairs do mount, and as long as it doesn’t lead to any aggression or stress in the mounted rabbit it ok!

Bun Jovi seems to almost constantly have “angry eyebrows” from a molt line, especially this time of year!
