We still have the formula from when she was sick last so if she doesn’t eat I’ll probably use that. And on the phone they did tell me not to fast her.
I dropped her off at 8:30 this morning. I tried looking up how long the operation takes but I couldn’t find any answers. When should I expect them to call me?

Regarding the potential semen production, males can store sperm for up to 6 weeks after neuter, so I would give it some more time before doing more sessions. That will make sure his hormones have really settled and he doesn’t have any more saved up.

Does she happen to eat the hay (and paper?) from the box while she is pooping on the outside of it?

I wonder if it worth trying something like this. It was a photo someone posted on here years ago but one I’ve shared a lot since because of the simplicity. You can just see on the left side of photo that there is a access hole cut out of the box.

I would double check for any new noises like Dana says, a few weeks ago there was some construction next door and it put Louie on edge for a while.

Thank you Dana. My girl isn’t too keen on toys but she loves cardboard, she eats it like hay.

The boy loves toys, he’s so noisy. Throws things everywhere, constant renovating. Parkouring into his litterbox.

Hi, I use pine pellets and hay. If I ever walk by the litter tray, I’ll use the uneaten hay to cover up the days poop/pee. You really can tell how much smell the pine pellets when you change the litter tray. I gag lol..
I could get away with cleaning the litterbox once a week when I had 1 bun (prob better to do it 5 days haha).

OH I just commented about my bunnys dirty bum on another thread. My bun has weak hind legs though, so that’s why she wets herself.

My bun poops smell the same way and she was spayed in December! I don’t know what it is but I thought it was just the smell for her poop. I know this isn’t going to help but just wanted to let you know😊

Oh yes,definitely a strong onion smell.

They were together since they are 9 weeks old.

After they both got neutered they were separated for a week.

After  they were separated(but they could see/smell each other) they were put together without any problems.
