I would encourage her to eat more hay.  I don’t know how many vegetables you are giving her. Maybe decrease the amount of veggies. Sending you and her good vibes.

You don’t have to give it if he isn’t showing any symptoms. Some buns will take greens with a bit of gas drops squirted on them. I have orange flavored infacol for my bun. It’s 40 mg/ml. The rule of thumb is that a bun should spend at least 4 hours a day chewing hay. So for a bun only getting hay, 9-10 hours doesn’t seem too crazy to me.

Are you tracking his weight?

I agree that I would prob wait for the vet to show you, especially since your bun is hard to handle. A bum bath or a cornstarch bath would be a much safer approach. Usually ongoing sanitary shaves are only done on buns that are incontinent due to illness or injury. Fixing her litter box set-up is more important that the shave.
