Oh my gosh what beautiful lashes. Seriously! That man needs to give us his secrets. Why do our pets always have nicer lashes than us?

Thank you both sooo much. This has been a struggle and it’s been very frustrating. I might try to raise the nic grids, but I’m having a hard time trying to figure out how to get them to stand up when putting on a second layer. Something wooden and stationary is a great idea. Any ideas for something like that?

11 days without a seizure. I’d say we’ve beaten it. Toughest little animal I’ve ever seen. When Death finally comes for her for real, I feel sorry for him.

Hi, I’m a new to Binky Bunny, but not a new bunny owner. I have one mini lop rabbit named Oreo, and she loves anything willow. She also loves my smoothies (she goes crazy over my banana, strawberry, and kale smoothies). Well, I can’t wait to meet all of the bunny owners here!

I closed your other topic and linked to this one, since it includes more concerns you have. As mentioned, all these behaviors actually seem quite normal. He could just have an especially deep itch because a piece of fur it down his ear or something. Rabbits, just like humans, sometimes get those more irritating itches that take a bit more effort…[Read more]

I’m started to get worried about my bun.
The past few days, after I would pet him, he would go and scratch his ears for a minute or two. I thought it was weird, but couldn’t tell if I was imagining it so decided to wait and see if it would get worse.
Today he’s been acting weirdly. First he made a weird sound for 20 seconds (first video, a…[Read more]

It actually just looks like hiccups to me.
I recommend monitoring and if there are sustained changes for a day or two, then it may be worth visiting the vet. Everything you mentioned can simply be a temporary shift or just something you’re more alert about because you are already worried.

Oh sorry, not sure why the link isn’t “linking” properly, but the link itself seems to work – can you see the video now?

Thank you for the update, he looks amazing! 😀
I wish his previous owners could see this, maybe it would help them figure out what crappy people they are.

Oh he looks beautiful! I feel like a see more spark in those eyes, and the difference in his paws especially is so heartwarming. I also sense more sass in the now picture, haha.

Unfortunately it looks like the video did not insert correctly. Some people have had success in uploading it privately to Youtube or Google Drive and sharing a private link.
My instinct is that if it only lasted a short while, he might have been positioned in a way that made him prone to sounding more nasally in breathing? Are there any signs…[Read more]

His nose and ears are darker because temps are cooler.Same would go for his tail and feet. The Himalayan gene, with gives California rabbits their characteristic pattern, responds to ambient temperature. This means of course that the ear, nose, feet and tail will become lighter again in the spring 😊
He looks like a real bun now, no longer a poor…[Read more]

Has anyone had this before?
Not sure if you can hear well (you will have to put it on maximum volume and then you can only hear it a bit), but essentially Snowball was making this snorting noise (inward it seems) for about 20 seconds. He stopped now and I haven’t heard it since, but I do find it weird.
