He is going back to the vet for a check up when he finishes his meds in just a couple days. Vet said it is 100% an ear infection, because when they looked deep into his ear (wasn’t visible otherwise, it’s deep into his ear canal) it was full of pus which is why they had to flush it. If the ear infection has reached the middle ear, it would be visible on x-rays. Surgery to flush out the bulla if its full of pus could be an option. You would need a good rabbit savvy vet for this, which isn’t always easy to find.
