@LBJ10 Bonnie was sleeping in her mini haven! She’s actually been quite social and confident, especially considering everything (and her and Cooper are doing great), but does enjoy her quiet time. 🙂

Yeah… that diagnosis was an absolute bomb drop. I did find the mesh at my local home depot though, so that’s awesome when I decide to go back to bonding. Thank you so much. I feel like that’s probably what it is since he’s totally okay otherwise. Hopefully finishing up the antifungal will help and he will return to normal soon, I am really worried about him.

Since Freckles diagnosis is pretty serious, I would not continue with trying to bond the group. A prerequisite for bonding is that all the rabbits are healthy, and the stress of bonding would not be good for Freckles.

From what you described I think you are probably right, that it’s a more “simple” case of dysbiosis or excess cecotropes (and your vet sounds very knowledgeable).  Some rabbits are really sensitive to pellets, or even to a specific ingredient in pellets. Sometimes they will just try a different antibiotic without doing a culture. It would definitely be more cost-effective, even if you get to antibiotic #3. Azithromycin is often tried for “stubbon” URIs.
