skin is a pinkish white so i think that seems normal ? I don’t see any obvious flaking or anything either. it’s a bit harder to check on his behind area because the fur is so thick so i cant see much skin but his ears are pinkish

Thanks! Funny enough, just a bit ago I attached a water bowl that is meant to go onto a dog crate. It fit on the grids of her cage so I am hoping that will work! The main things are pain meds, and be prepared to syringe feed if they don’t start eating on their own by the evening. Sometimes buns just need one or two syringe feedings to perk them up, and then they feel much better. 🙂

Having some favorite fragrant herbs on hand also can help entice them to eat on their own.

For buns that like tossing their water bowls around, I recommend using heavy ceramic bowls with a metal stand. I have it for my baby bun and he doesn’t toss his bowls around, anymore. Does she chew the puzzle mats, by the way? ♡
