I agree that it sounds like there could be a medical issue that’s causing her to get urine on her, such as a UTI.

Staining will go away in time, the main thing is to make sure her skin isn’t in contact with wet urine as this can cause scalding.

She may benefit from a”sanitary shave” that the vet can help with.
