if it is separation anxiety maybe music could help, I play my buns either really mellow classical or lofi, or even just videos of water with bird song or such. It seems to calm them.

I haven’t had this per se, but I think your description of separation anxiety contains the solution. Is it possible for a couple of nights, to call to him as your approach his cage later in the evening and go in to say Hi, hang out (not with more pets)  for a few minutes, then leave again? Correct, simethicone won’t really do anything for stasis. Simethicone is used to relieve gas. A bunny can have gas pain, which can eventually lead to stasis if it isn’t resolved. People will give simethicone to prevent things from progressing.

It depends on where the toe was broken and what other damage was done in the process of the toe breaking. Is the toe still pretty much in place? Or is it sticking out funny?

I agree with Dana, it would be better if someone could at least check on her more often. Her staying with your parents though sounds much more ideal. This way she is being monitored and getting plenty of attention, even if that “attention” is simply having the sounds of people around.

Hopefully she is doing better now.
