Yes, PVC pipes are the way to go. Probably the most bunny-proof of the “cord protectors” available. You can use the soft tubing, but a determined bunny will eventually chew through those if you’re not paying attention.

The most secure thing for an area the bun will have unsupervised access to is to completely block access to the cords with storage cube grids (such as an are behind a desk with lots of cords).
