It’s tough. I wouldn’t be too concerned about her teeth being filed down, even if unnecessary. They will grow back, just like human finger nails. If her jaw is aligned, nothing should prevent them from growing in a weird, warped way. I’ve not used it but it is in the same family of meds that baytril  (enrofloxacin) is in and that is widely used for rabbits.

About the chewing, it could just be that her teeth are still sore, or there might be some sores in her mouth from before her teeth got trimmed, but I guess the vet would have checked to make sure there were no cuts/injuries inside her mouth. I can see some paper litter  or bedding in the background, do you use any wood based products also?   Sometimes that can irritate the eyes, depending i what it is.  Is this area in the corner of the eye staying dry now?  Holding a warm, wet cloth over the eye can sometimes help clear the drainage duct.

A few of my bunnies have had little lumps that have never changed. With one, the vet said it was old scar tissue.

This probably isnt anything to be worried about now that you’ve had it checked out. Just something to keep an eye on for changes.
