Oh, that’s weird. It’s hard to know what it is exactly. It seems too flat to be a papilloma. A “pimple” or clogged hair follicle might explain it. As Jersey said, it’s likely harmless. I’d only be worried if it changes or grows.

Unfortunately the tail is really the only signal.
