My rabbits have never really taken to playing with toys tbh but the times when TimTim (for instance) will chew on items is when he’s kinda ratty or got some excess energy. Good news! I just called the vet and they’re going to show me how to do it! Hopefully they can, I just really need someone to show me my rabbit is able to take medicine! I’m going at 4 so I’ll update after that. It’s going to be raining so hopefully they let me come inside!

I think it would be worth trying with some fruit purée or pumpkin purée. He’s not to young and it’s only a small amount. If he does t eat that out of a dish, you can at least draw it up into a bigger syringe and try give again, so the dose is not wasted.

I also use something similar to what @Wick has mentioned above – my bunnies both seem to love them because it’s so roomy and there’s a lot less mess.  They’re rubbermaid type storage containers, without the lid obviously! But they’re the “under the bed” ones that don’t have as high of edges. I think they were around $5 a piece!

My rabbit Theo spends hours a day sitting by the window. We live across from a playground and there is a lot going on for him to watch and he seems to really enjoy his view of the action.

I don’t think he’s had molar spurs before, I think they just filed down his front teeth in the past. But it does make sense that he could be getting food stuck in his mouth because the few times I’ve seen him make kind of a “blech!” face it’s been when he was eating greens that would probably catch more easily than hay or pellets. How much does Hunny weigh?(Approximately, if you dont know exactly). I’m thinking about the Metacam dosage. Rabbits metabolize metacam very quickly. The heatwave broke for us last night. It’s gloriously chilly this morning and Choo and i are snuggling under a quilt ☺️

That’s my problem too. In a desert country where buns have awful lives, i could volunteer at an actual shelter 30ish minutes away from home. Here in Canada, there is no proper bunny shelter as the few bunny rescues operate via foster homes instead. 😂

I know some can become uninterested a few of my rabbits over the years loved toys as babies and then just didn’t like them anymore as adults. But they never just stopped playing completely.

Some rabbits just become uninterested with their toys, but if they completely stop playing completely, there might be something causing it. If there were some kind of environmental changes or something stressing your rabbit out, they might not play with them too much. I would monitor her behavior a bit and see if something might be awry.
