I feel better not trying to tackle his underside now. He seem much perkier yesterday and today so far. Haven’t spotted and string poops yet today either, though I guess they mean better passed through than stuck in.

Ah, I understand. That’s very unusual that they would adopt out an animal without it being castrated, but maybe they are trying to minimize the number of animals in the system due to covid and RHD concerns.

The nipping might also increase with puberty, as they will nip lightly before trying to mount. The oinking is also an amorous behavior. 😉

I’ve never had a bun want to be actually in my lap, even my most affectionate ones, so no worries there. He sounds like he likes you a lot if you got grooms. 🙂

Awwww, I thought so. It was just such different behavior from him, I was caught off guard. Our romance is a slow-burn, I guess. LOL

You definitely reach a level of bunny-nirvana in those little moments.

He groomed you and you didn’t immediately return the favor, I guess he got impatient 😆

I think he was just asking for you to pet/groom him. My bunnies will sometimes do that too 🙂

If she gets greens, it’s even possible it’s dried “juice” from them as some go brown or leave brown staining. Like when you pick dandelions and you’re hand can stain brown.

I checked the reviews and they are almost all 5 stars. There were about 7 reviews specifically about Spay/Neuter for rabbits and everyone said it went well and it said that she has 4 rabbits of her own, which makes me feel better.  But I think I’ll still call tomorrow and ask those questions.
