Yes, Revolution (selamectin) for kittens is the Revolution recommended for rabbits.

Hi, is the pink Revolution box the one appropriate for rabbits? The one that says for puppies and kittens? Each tube containing 0.25ml (15mg) selamectin?

I’m 99% certain my rabbit has fur mites and maybe ear mites. She’s just itching too much and has dandruff on the neck area. I want to use selamectin but my country only has ivermectin the injectable kind. The vets are not rabbit savvy so they are just telling me to treat with ivermectin. My rabbit also has the Vienna gene so it could end up bei…[Read more]

Thank you for replying!
I do have space to separate them for good if it comes to that, they already are neighbors where they live now.
I haven’t thought of going to someone else’s house, that might be a good idea. Now they’ve had a month break but are still next to each other, I’m hoping that’ll be enough to make for a fresh start.
I was…[Read more]

For a sturdier hide, check online pet stores like Chewy or Amazon for larger rabbit hideouts. Stick to willow balls and corn husk toys if she enjoys them, and consider tunnels or woven grass mats as alternatives. Experiment to find her favorite toys!

To be honest, he is a young rabbit and to me it sounds like maybe a rabbit is just not the right pet for you.
I won’t go on about your reaction to him, as you have admitted you know it was wrong regardless of the context behind it, but from your explanation of the reasonings you got him I just don’t think rabbits were ever the right choice to beg…[Read more]

One of the misconceptions about rabbits is they are cuddly pets. Can rabbits be cuddly? Yes, but not in the way most people would think when they think “cuddly”. What I mean is, they might be comfortable enough to come sit next to you. Or they might enjoy being pet or having their cheeks rubbed. But it’s also completely normal for a bunny to not…[Read more]

I’m so sorry bonding isn’t going well. I just went through the same ordeal but with my two females (was trying for a trio). After months of trying many different tactics it became clear they were just not a good match.
Same-sex pairings tend to be the most difficult. Since you’ve already tried car rides and larger/smaller spaces, the only thing I…[Read more]

I highly recommend creating a safe space for your rabbit where it’s OK if he marks. You can use multiple x-pens and line the floor with washable pee pads so it’s OK if he marks. Many rabbits are not suitable for fully free roaming and many rabbits are surrendered at shelters because people don’t have realistic expectations for their…[Read more]

Yay! We hope he keeps gaining energy and getting better 🙂 Ben had a period of time during his recovery where he would lay down and breathe fast after hopping 4-5ft. It didn’t last too long though! I hope your sweet boy keeps eating and healing well 🙂

There’s not a lot you can do except try to be a valuable resource to your bun. I e be the bringer of food and treats and nice company. If he doesn’t want to go near you, don’t chase him or force him. It can take time for him to seek you out again. If your bun was very young (a few months), his distancing himself from you can very well be, at least…[Read more]

Another quick update, yesterday he looked very tired. Today much brighter and happier. Even munched on some hay.
Thank you, for the encouragement.
