If it’s getting worse I’d call a vet and hear what they have to say. A lump under the ear can be something that needs to be opened up surgically or expressed via the ear.

If she is 3 months old, she is probably starting puberty. Pee- and poop marking is typical hormonal behaviour. Since she used to be litter trained, it’s likely that she’ll resume “good” litterbox habits once she is spayed and has healed. I advise to move the litter box to the spot that your rabbit is pooing/peeing the most, and then slowly transitioning it back to her hutch. If she wants still wants to pee or poo in the same spot maybe try getting 2 litter boxes and putting one in the hutch. Also, how often do you clean her litter box? There is a tiny lump under the skin but I didnt think that would be a problem considering his ear is located just under there. Theres no scratch in that area but he does tend to itch that spot more often.

The fur covering the spot is sticking together though, is that normal?

I’ll try to clean it with tissue paper and see what happens.

Ok..

Its gotten worse. His ear is now swelling up and the redness has spread. (He won’t remain still for a picture 🙁).
