Good news! Abi got adopted today! I’m so happy for him, and a little sad to see him go. 😥  I’ve had him for about 4 months and I spent a lot of time trying to get him used to me. So I was really sad when he had to go. He was a real character!

Doctor said her temp is up to 101.6 she made a huge pee which is great cause she was dehydrated, she’s grooming herself which is one of the best signs, hopping around and eating a lot after not eating at all. No poop yet but it’s probably like a brick waiting to crumble. Will continue to give updates!

They said her temp is slowly raising and she’s eating enthusiastically on her own, I hope that’s a good sign

Yeah, those bills can be frightening, but then you look into those eyes and it’s all worth it.

They said they are almost all positive everything will be fine 😉 said she’s totally alert and only problem is her temperature is down a little bit which is from the GI Stasis but she has an iv and getting fluids and it should all be better. Now it’s just the bill eeekkkkk

I use the vinyl flooring you can get cut to whatever size you want at the hardware store (it’s about 50 cents a sq foot, so pretty cheap!). It is slightly textured so my buns don’t seem to have trouble walking on it, but I do add a few blankets and mats on top as well. Kinda odd that their poop is smaller despite eating more hay, but it could be natural variation as mentioned!

I recommend the large carpet squares you can get at a hardware store. If carpet on carpet is too squishy, you can buy larger sheets of cloroplast or cardboard to lay down on the carpet first, and then put the squares on top.
