Hey Yall!  It’s me “again”.     Anyway I bought my “Cookie” some Oasis Vita-Drops high potency multivitamins for rabbits.  U just put it in the water.  I’ve only used it once, and haven’t used it since, cause I thought it would be wise to ask about this product.  Are vitamins good for “cookie”, or unnecesary?  Ok, it says”provides the vit’s essential for proper growth and good health maintenance in rabbits”  then it shows all the types of vit’s that it has in it.  What are ur thoughts on this?

          Hi there

Personally, I don’t think bunnies need vitamins etc … if they are getting a good solid diet of hay, pellets and greens it is not necessary.

Save your money and puts towards something else for bunny … a toy?

          Dawn xx

there are lots of products sold in petstores for bunnies that aren’t necessary or even healthy for bunnies.
As Dawn mentioned, a good diet of health pellets, grass hay and greens contains all the vitamins and nutrients bunnies need.

tripple ditto. Vitamins are not needed unless your bunny has a health problem, and actually a diet that is too rich with vitamins can cause digestive upsets.
