My rabbit (long haired) is eating too much of her hair. Her hair is everywhere, in her water bowl, her carpet in her house! I brush her every day multiple times and clean everything every day.

She’s eating it and it’s stringing her poos together. I don’t know what to do. I know they can get a blockage and I’m really worried. Today it got stuck in her bum and wouldn’t come out, a whole load of poos strung together by large amounts of hair.
It doesn’t look like she’s losing hair…there is no bald patches.
Is this a vet matter? Can they even help with this?

Long haired rabbits are just more prone to having pearl poops. Simply having fur pass through the digestive tract does not cause a blockage. As long as everything keeps moving, it usually isn’t a problem. You can keep her brushed, which is always a good thing. But I would also encourage hay and water consumption.
