Thinking of getting it and making it part of her pen.

I was thinking of covering some of the holes, so so she can have fun in it,  but not get out (it’d be an extension of her pen.)  Any ideas about that?

Also, she’s a chewer– anyone have a chew bunny and the maze?  Since it’s cardboard do they chew right through it?

        Thanks.

The holes in the maze are already covered, and you choose which ones to take out. The ones on the lids are more securely fitted, so that way if people did decide to keep the lids completely solid as floors and ceilings their bunnies wouldn’t fall through.

Bunnies love to chew, and that is part of the reason we made it from cardboard. Bunnies will chew on cloth and plastic too, but those are unsafe.

We will be soon be offering “replacement panel kit” as many times when bunnies chew is usually focused on one area more than another. That way you don’t have to buy a whole new maze.

i personally would not consider using this as an extension of her cage. first, it is meant to be a fun toy to play with. if she realizes that it is what is keeping her in the cage, i’m not sure that would really be enjoyable for her. second, it is cardboard. so if you are gone and she’s sitting there chewing, while unlikely, it is possible she could chew thru it and get out unsupervised. i have my maze outside of the pen, so they can play in it while they have their free-run time. they have other toys and hiding places for inside the pen.

oh! Good point. I wasn’t even paying attention as it being connected to her cage, just in the pen so I focused on escaping over the top – but you did say extension, so…. I just missed that concept.

              Thanks Beka!

Thanks guys.  I think I’ll wait until I have more room.
