Hey everyone, we finally have Chuck at home. We’ve had him home now for 3 days. He has an infection from his spaying but they gave us medication that we have to give him, he seems to be getting better.

He’s very energetic, loves attention and exploring. He gets all excited when we get home jumping up at the cage door. We let him out as soon as we get home. He’s already litter trained so he doesn’t leave us any surprises anywhere, he goes back to his house. So Im very happy about that. He’s also not a chewer either! The cat doesn’t know what to think yet, the cat jumps when the rabbit comes running towards him, its actually quite funny because our cat Magnum is a 16 pound male tabby! Chuck I think actually wants to snuggle with him!

Yesterday we gave Chuck some green leaf lettuce and I guess the cat was jealous so the cat took the lettuce from Chuck and sat there and ate it! We couldn’t believe it. Crazy Magnum, lil jealous much!

Well thats all to report so far on Chuck.

How funny!  Better give both Chuck and the cat greens together now! He’s a real doll.

Yes, we got very lucky with him being so well trained, and the Humane Society said he was a stray!

Awwww what a cutie pie! And congrats on the litter training! It sounds like Chuck wants to get your cat friend eating healthy like he does. As Chuck gets more comfortable, he may feel the desire to leave a few stray “territorial” poops around – don’t be surprised by that, and don’t think he’s lost his litter training, its pretty normal for bunnies to do that in a new territory.
