My house bunny had a mild case of gut stasis last week and has been on meds, but is now eating, drinking and peeing normally. She is pooping too, although she will now only go in her litter box. She would always pee in there, but her poop would be scattered all round the house before this latest bout of stasis. She now seems to wait a few hours and goes straight to her litter box specially to poop. Could this be an indication that something is still wrong? Or is it possible my bunny just randomly litter trained herself?!

Scattered poops are usually a territorial thing. Suddenly not feeling territorial? Hmm… that’s interesting. But if she’s acting normally otherwise, then maybe it isn’t something to be concerned about.
