  Sorry it is night here, WHATS WRONG WITH HER EYE!?! She has a foggy look on it almost like an eye booger but closer to the top it looks like a blister

  Is it on the outer surface? Or is it inside the eye? From the photo, it looks like an abrasion or similar injury.

  If it’s protruding, then could be a small corneal edema.
