The scabs look good, dry and no redness and you’ve felt for lumps. It doesnt look like an emergency to me, more like something you could deal with at home with normal wound care. But how did he get the sores? Is he living near another rabbit that could have bit him?

I wouldn’t be concerned about darker poo as long as overall numbers and consistency are still there– poop will be darker between different types of hay, how much water a rabbit drinks relative to pooing, as well as veggies and such. Those look fine to me.

Yeah, looks like normal poop to me. Color just varies by moisture content and what they are eating overall.

LBJ is right, prednisone can cause gastric  ulceration. You could perhaps just check with your vet if you can give your bun some famotidine (Pepcid) for a week or so and see of things get better appetite-wise? Pepcid is not a strong drug.
