If its inside the ear, not on the surface of the skin, I still think it could be a hematoma after a broken blood vessel. Does she seem bothered by it? It doesnt look alarming, but obviously keep an eye.

I have a 7 month old lion head who just got ear mites. The vet treated him with Revolution and I had to give him ear drops twice a day. He had it in one ear.
