Coccidia oocysts are not a normal find, and should be treated. Coccidia is not an uncommon parasite in rabbits, but it’s not benign like pinworms. If the fecal sample contained very few oocysts, chances are the infestation is still low grade, so I’d say treat asap. Coccidia typically cause runny stools and weight loss.

They said mixing with critical care and feed him. This is a new vet.

They will do a fecal culture to see to what extent there are good bacterias present. Then they will think about the fecal transplant.

Cardboard is the fave with Walter and Boo.

A box they can fit in, then put down those cardboard cat scratcher refills…cut to fit.  They love to dig, dig, dig on these.  The last one had a gap in the middle that I stuffed with hay.

I only cut one door in the box so they can customize their own, if they want.

she has been taken to the vet and we are waiting for the doctor to come in. they said her vitals were pretty normal.

Since she has been acting off for a while and turned down a treat, she should definitely be seen by a vet ASAP.

How is she doing now?

In terms of an absolute threshold: If she has not poo’d or eaten in 12 hours, that is considered a medical emergency and she needs to be taken to a vet immediately.
