I’m not seeing pictures though. The forum is having some issues with pictures, but if you add them to your profile (as though you are going to change your profile photo), they will stay in your media library. Then in the post you click the “Add Media” button and you should be able to insert them.

Are you referring to this product specifically? It appears to be only paper-based, so it should be safe unless packaging indicates the odor control is accomplished by some sort of additive.

And I would say that you got bit twice on th same place because one bunny was biting the other’s scent.

A quiet place to relax. You there would be comforting too. Have a comfy place for them maybe a pet bed or just a small fleece or blanket. And get ready for a mess if you got to syringe feed them.

My rabbits are harness trained but I don’t let them outside on it ( which was why I harnessed trined them ). There were too many hawks for it to be safe. I think you made the right decision. The vet would have known if they would likely recover even more tha  we do and they agreed with your decision.  Sometimes the stress of the procedures when there is little they can reasonably be expected to achieve just causes more suffering and you spared your rabbit the stress of being there without you.
