Bunnies are for life, not an Easter toy!  Thanks for helping her(?).

Grid enclosures can be made for rabbits, however the weight, size, and pet-proofing measures are more involved and generally just “more” for rabbits than guinea pigs. Expect to be paying a lot of money to get all the supplies needed to make an appropriately sized, floored, and stable enclosure that is also rabbit-proofed from the inside.

Yes, a lot of bunnies respond to squealing. The realize they are hurting you, so they learn to adjust their bite pressure.

Poor Apollo. That does seem to be the most logical explanation. I suppose the only way to know is to have his teeth checked. Hopefully he will be OK until next week.

I agree. Sometimes you just need to try a different antibiotic. I don’t know why the vet would say that, there are several antibiotics that are OK to use in rabbits. I have had a lot of luck with Azithromycin, but every infection is different.
