Yeah. I’ve been giving him water and he’s been drinking it a lot too. He seems to be doing fine and is in great spirits. Running around and exploring. So I hope everything goes well. I’ll keep you updated !!

This was in 2013 and she did make a full recovery and went back in with her rabbit friends. 🙂

She lost weight during the illness and it took several months for her to put that back on.

She passed away from unknown causes 18 months later. Sweet little bun, she was. x

Vitamin C is t toxic to rabbits, ithey do in fact need vitamin C. It doesnt need to be added to their food, because their bodies are capable of synthesizing it from other molecules. It might have sucrose or sorbitol but there are common in medications given to rabbits.

He must have been trying to calm down. Sometimes rabbits will even do “the flop” to help calm the heart rate.
