When the one bunny was humping my other bunny, I picked the humping bunny up and it became clear he is a male. I have separated them for now, and I am working on scheduling a vet appointment soon. However it is unclear if my other rabbit is pregnant, as I haven’t noticed any nesting behaviors.

Also try to make him move around a bit. It often helps the tummy!

Hunny has to get a CT scan. The vet is hopeful, but I’m terrified.

He could be having some gas, as you suspect. You can give him a tummy rub and try giving simethicone (baby gas drops). That will often do the trick.

It does seem like some sort of swallowing-problem? That she eats better with her head held high makes it seem like she needs the help of gravity to swallow.

Dysphagia is the medical term for difficulty swallowing. It can have several causes.

Yes, I’m planning to get her spayed very soon. But with everything going on, it is a little hectic.

A little update: I let Binki out to run around while I was sleeping. She didn’t soil anything once, and she used her litter box like a very good girl. He varies between sleeping in a loaf and sprawled out, but he was sitting hunched up like he had gas pain, but was still eating and drinking. He is laying sprawled out now, but I’m mostly worried about how firm his stomach feels.

At the moment, Binki is in a 2 x 4 foot store bought cage. I really hate to see her in there, and yes, I do know that store bought cages are never good for a rabbit to live in.
