Yesterday was the first time I noticed that she has a little bit of discharge under her nose- and a I freaked out a little!

Looks like an upper respiratory infection. My bun has this and about a week ago we took him to the vet and the medicine seems to be helping the runny nose. Wilburs discharge was clear though but I have read it can also be yellow or white. Is this the first time you’ve noticed a runny nose or did the discharge used to be clear?

Great that they do eat their cecotropes! They seem like quite capable little buns, despite cones and all!

I was also concerned that maybe they were in pain. Their prescription says the meloxicam is 1.5 mg/mL once a day. Is that appropriate? It’s probably a little late now to ask for more/stronger meds at this point, but I’m glad to know this for future reference.

I think it was about 4 or 5 months ago, that Binki’s litter habits deteriorated. She hasn’t been bonded with any other bunnies, since she was 5 months old. (She’s 1& 112 months old now.) We moved when she was about 6 months old, but we literally just moved houses, and it was in the same area.

You had mentioned in your other thread about the enclosed litter box. Are you able to remove the top of that and see how that goes for now? I do think it being bigger box is a step in the right direction.
