I also notice the floors look slippery? A lot of bunnies wont move around much if the floors are slippery, so you can add some rugs or blankets to give her some traction.

I’ve noticed that if both are friendly, they both stay friendly and seek affection from you (and then you get to pet both bunnies at once!). I agree with the above that it depends on the rabbit. In the pair I’m bonding, the first rabbit is very affectionate towards me and that hasn’t changed. I think it depends on the rabbit. Some aren’t all that affectionate toward their owners anyway, but are extremely clingy to a bond mate. Others can be kind of “eh” toward their bond mate, but seek out attention from their owners.

I agree! Look for exotic or avian vets if you resort to Google. My vet office is known for seeing birds, but one of the vets in the office does rabbits and pocket pets.

I have a hepa filter we got at Goodwill for like 12 bucks. It’s been great! I do think it keeps the dust down, but not sure I would have sprung for a full price one!

That’s a good point Bam, regarding all the changes. My gut tells me it is just his body flushing out the calcium. He does drink a pretty good amount of water already, if you look in previous pics there’s 2 white bowls and he’ll empty at least one by the end of the day, sometimes 1 and a half. If his pee is thick  he could perhaps be drinking a less than ideal amount. If he gets fresh greens, you could serve them dripping wet for extra moisture. I would assume many changes are taking place on his body now when he goes from being malnourished to having ample amounts of nutritious food a available to him.
