Not sure what’s going on, but it sounds very serious. You need to have him seen by a vet ASAP. Most vets (at least in my state) are doing “curbside” service so there is little to no covid risk for the humans, then they call you during the exam.

Speaking from experience (not allergies, but tooth root problems), sneezing that is consistent means there may be an active infection. Sneezing that comes and goes… maybe, but it’s less likely. Thanks for researching it. I did get some saline for the nebulizer she is terrified of the mist. The sound doesn’t seem to bother her. So, I will turn her pet carrier into a chamber when we need to nebulize   and build her rip to getting used to it in short intervals.
